BLAIK AI LLC, doing business as Blaiks Systems ("we"), provides HVAC Lead Recovery and related workflow tools for HVAC service businesses. Our website is blaiks.ai.
What this page covers
This page describes how we handle information for our own marketing site and for SMS used in product pilots. When we operate messaging for a client HVAC business, that client's name appears in the texts, and we process data as their service provider under their instructions.
Information we collect
- Contact details you send us (name, email, phone, company) when you book a pilot call or email us.
- Technical logs typical of a website (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps).
- For SMS pilots: phone numbers, consent records (source, timestamp, disclosure version, evidence), message content needed to run the workflow, booking details, and opt-out status.
How we use information
- Respond to pilot inquiries and operate the business.
- For this Blaiks Systems pilot campaign, provide HVAC service request texts, qualification, callback coordination and human handoff after START enrollment.
- Enforce STOP/HELP, spending limits, security, and fraud prevention.
- Improve the product with aggregated, non-marketing operational metrics.

Message types: service inquiry follow-up, qualification questions, appointment coordination, opt-out and help replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent: For Blaiks Systems' own pilot and test program on 732-820-3306, you enroll by texting START after hearing our voicemail disclosure. Consent is specific to Blaiks Systems and this program. A missed call, voicemail or ordinary service inquiry is not SMS consent. We do not send text-message enrollment invitations. Without applicable SMS consent, we create a voice-callback task instead. Requested HELP and STOP responses do not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Opt out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT to stop automated texts. You will receive a confirmation when required. Opting out does not automatically cancel an existing appointment; the office may still follow up by other means if needed.

Follow-ups: An unanswered request may receive up to two automated follow-ups, targeted about 24 and 48 hours after START, subject to sending hours. Follow-ups stop on reply, booking, opt-out or human handoff.
Consent to text is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Sharing
We use processors such as hosting, email, telephony/SMS, automation, and calendar providers to run the service. We do not sell personal information. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Processors receive phone numbers only as needed to deliver our own messages. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Retention
Consent, suppression, and message logs are kept as needed to operate the service, meet carrier/provider rules, and resolve disputes, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required. Client-controlled data follows the client agreement.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational limits. For SMS, use STOP as described above.
Children
The service is directed to businesses, not to children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction).
Changes
We may update this page. The effective date above will change when we publish a revision. Material SMS program changes will be reflected here before new campaigns rely on them.
